Certified Hospitality Supervisor Training

Very effective intense 22 hour training program focuses on basic supervisory skills and preparation for the Certified Hospitality Supervisor's Exam of the American Hotel/Motel Association Education Institute. Recommended for first time supervisors, potential supervisors and experienced supervisors. Taught in group settings with a maximum of 15 participants. Results to expect: reduced turnover, increased morale, less employee related disciplining issues and most important - confident supervisors.
